About Bushwillow Kids
Bushwillow Kids is a nurturing preschool where curious minds, kind hearts and capable individuals grow together. In its first year, the school will welcome children aged three to five in a mixed-age class.
Our approach blends the strengths of Montessori, Waldorf and Reggio Emilia, creating joyful, hands-on learning experiences that respect each child’s unique pace. Carefully prepared spaces invite children to explore, question, create, solve problems and develop independence within clear, consistent boundaries.
Nature is an essential part of learning at Bushwillow Kids. Through outdoor play, gardening, observation and caring for living things, children build resilience, physical confidence and environmental responsibility.
Kindness, empathy, respectful communication and peaceful conflict resolution are taught through daily Grace and Courtesy practices. We guide children with positive role modelling, helping them develop self-control, responsibility and consideration for others.
We celebrate the cultures, languages and traditions within our community and work closely with families through trust and open communication.
